That IS true! But it did make a dreary commute more fun…I know I liked imagining someone who’s not used to riding a bus yelling out “ape” in confusion! I like to think that the sign then made me and others on that bus more pleasant passengers — so, win-win perhaps? That’s a bit of a stretch, I know…! Disclaimer: Vandalism is always wrong, kids, even when it’s funny!
